Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASo we have booked the NEPTUNO due to the good evaluations. Over the last few years we have IFA dunamar, IFA Catraina and sandy beach. All three hotels were of facilities, friendliness, cleanliness and very much in order. Wanted to try once again try a different hotel, but if we had known, we would have left this.
On arrival the receptionist was at the front desk was not in a position neither German nor English to converse with us. Then we checked into the room with a view of a grey wall, even though we had booked four months ago with a view of the pool. This request came only after three days. Rude nor at the front desk. The next scandal during dinner in the dining room. The only positive thing about the hotel was, that no children are allowed, therefore, it was quiet and the way to the yumbo Centre 1 minute walk by. The rest is to forget.

Es ist für unser immer wichtig zu wissen, was den Gästen gefällt aber besonder was ihnen im Urlaub missfällt, um darauf schnellst möglichst eingehen zu können. Ich werde Ihre Bewertung an das Hotel Management weiterleiten, damit auf die Punkte in Zukunft eingegangen werden kann.
Was das Essen im Hotel Neptuno angeht, so beschweren sich darüber bei uns sehr wenige Gäste, da wir immer eine breite Auswahl an frischen Produkten in kalten und warmen Speisen anbieten. Da das Restaurant nicht ganz so gross ist, gibt es die zwei Essenzeiten am Abend, da es sonst zu voll werden würde.
Unsere Wellnessecke ist zwar klein, aber dafür auch kostenfrei für alle Gäste. Für Massagen und Behandlungen müssen Termine im Vorfeld gemacht werden
Wir hoffen, Sie hatten trotz alledem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und einen schönen Urlaub. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie erneut wieder bei uns zu begrüssen.
