Four stars is a bit too much *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had us to a room with Lake View, that we had to pay a high price. But what we got in return did not meet our expectations. The Lake View consisted of a more than modest view over ailing roof areas and was also only to see, when you are in the windows. We stayed in the second floor, the rooms on the first floor were mostly with balcony or had at least no roof view. Furthermore, the room was quite small, so that it was hard to get without blue stains on the bed could, in other words, if you can speak of a real bed. The bed consisted of two single chairs, had no slatted frame, instead there was only a stone as a surface particle board, to the mattress. A check-in was virtually non-existent, that was more like a collection, a release, you miss any friendliness, for example, 'How was your arrival'. The hotel after our departure winter break, this means, it was from the outset not even a third of the wine list, which will be reduced from day to day. Draft beer was from the fourth day all. The appetizers were good, but the main courses bad cafeteria level, of the desserts were only allowed to choose. For breakfast there were seven days every day the same four kinds. So I have stayed in four stars differently, but I have never experienced worse, the food, the cleanliness was okay, the outside needs to be done.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Gäste von ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel enttäuscht waren.Wir möchten gern darauf hinweisen, dass das erwähnte Zimmer einen wunderschönen Panoramablick vom südlichen zum nördlichen See hat und das beigefügte Foto nicht ganz der Wahrheit entspricht, da es mit der Kamera nach unten und auf den einzigen Baum zeigend aufgenommen wurde, der sicherlich nicht einen Traumblick von 180° ruinieren kann.
Die Zimmergrösse ist Standard. Unsere Zimmer sind mit modernen Sommier-Betten mit anatomischen Matratzen ausgestattet.; in diesen Betten kann natürlich kein Federbettgestell gefunden werden.
Die Qualität des Restaurants sowie die Gastfreundlichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter werden von vielen positiven Rezensionen, die wir täglich erhalten, bestätigt.
Darüber hinaus können wir nicht nachvollziehen wie das Fehlen eines Bieres vom Fass, das jedoch durch drei alternative Flaschenbiere ausgeglichen wurde bzw. das Fehlen einer einzigen Weinsorte, für die jedoch 59 Alternativen zur Verfügung standen, den Aufenthalt ruinieren konnten.
Wir laden den Gast ein, uns erneut im Hotel Nettuno zu besuchen, um sich von unserer Professionalität und wahrheitsgetreuen Darstellung unseres Ambientes überzeugen zu können.
