Liebe Leser!Selbstverständlich ist mir bewusst, dass es in meinem Hotel immer wieder Erneuerungen, Verbesserungen anstehen und diese auch gemacht werden.
Mit dem Gast wurde über das ein und andre, im Vernünftigen Ton abgesprochen, von meiner Seite erledigt, jedoch vor Ort wurde ich NIE von solch negativen Kritiken von Ihm informiert.
Er machte einen Zufriedenen Eindruck und verhielt sich auch so – Schade, das man dies nun öffentlich über das Internet anprangert.
Weiters möchte ich noch loswerden, das der Bewerter, 1 oder 2 Tage vor Abreise noch den Wunsch hatte in unserem Hotel zu verlängern.
Hierbei stellt sich meine Frage:
„Warum möchte jemand verlängern, wenn die Unterkunft nicht seinen Ansprüchen entspricht?"
Über 20 vorherige Bewertungen sagen mir, das wir sehr wohl den passenden Service, Ausstattung, Preis-Leistung usw. für ein 3 Sterne Hotel bieten.
