Dreamy days in Las Vegas *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe walk into the hotel, front desk, and the lifts runs through the casino in the size of a soccer field. You will feel immediately a pleasant atmosphere and is very friendly and competent way. If desired, the luggage (no down stairs - tips) brought to the room. The entire hotel is architecturally the skyline and dedicated to the streets of New York. In these streets" you will find plenty of shops and eating options, mostly very well attended and so it might advance reservation. The rates are reasonable and conform with European standards. Guests of the New York New York are more Americans, you can hear but also European languages and even occasionally German. It is recommendable to the room check-in a Erkundungsrundgang through the house to make all the restaurants and shops as well as a/u. exits to find, as you could easily get lost. All the areas were very clean and also the toilets were continually kept.
Location
The distance to the airport was about 10 minutes by car. It is still in the city and the rooms was not hear the aircraft noise. Traffic is partly strong but extremely quiet. The hotel is right on the Stripp, right next to the Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, the MGM Grand. Hotels like the Bellagio or Caesars Palace are within easy walking distance. To the stratosphere-Tower about a 30 - 35 minute walk. There is however also bus connections. The surrounding area offers everyone entertainment, as in every hotel daily own events and shows are held. The famous Marquee Club is convenient right around the corner.
The entire hotel staff was noticeably friendly, you should definitely over English language skills! The room cleaning worked very reliable. Clean towels, enough toilet paper and thorough cleaning were of course.
Gastronomy
The hotel features a large number of restaurants and bars, however, you can hardly all light snacks on a short stay! The meals are extremely high carb and also from the quantity not for Hungerhaken we thought! The offered dishes are typically American, tastefully and will be all freshly prepared.
Sport & Entertainment
The casino is a mix of GoGo-bar, disco and Zockerei and it could get noisy as Oktoberfest. It is in the rooms to hear nothing.
Room
The rooms are very large and very clean. On the furniture has a bit the traces of the past years. There is TV, telephone, safe and internet access. A fridge not available! The decor is color coordinated with very tasty. It is from the neighbors above, below or next door could not hear any noise from the Rollercoaster was in the room. Windows can not be opened, a ventilation system makes for fresh air!
Tips and recommendations
car rental at the Führerscheinbesitzer (driver) also the holder of the credit card !!! Also take warm clothing in February! We had a snowstorm at the Grand Canyon and the temperatures +2° !
