Never again. Pure disappointment. This was my vacation. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI am really shocked volume this hotel. It started to everything great. My vacation before friends I enjoyed at the beginning of the holiday. In front of the hotel with the 'classy' were great and expensive cars. The lobby was a nice hotel suspect. But everything took a turn for the worse! I would like you save every detail.
My room was tired. Numerous stains and chipped edges, hair and nails to snapped and Tiolettenspuren from the previous guests.
The service was not at all pleased. Waiters and staff were grumpy and took their own tip also. For details (for example, the question of the way it) in a case even aggressive tip requested.
The food wasn't very lovingly arranged. After two, three days I only wish my own kitchen back. Spices were not available, so that everything tasted very bland
With a complaint about the nightly noise, I became even threatened. The hotel owner celebrated skipped and loud at the Serbian grill, while the bedroom was stolen from the hotel guests. Loud bass no sleep possible. Another room was not available for me, or I would have to pay a lot of money. The check-in process was overstrained and left me in the lurch.
Some noises were loud private parties with young Russian women celebrated. The noise did so much suspect.
All in all, I got the impression, that Russians a customer and German B or C-customers. German guests are not welcome. This impression is solidified, after I noticed, as the Russian the dining table freigeräumt fast was, while German either a place or even the food from the previous guest was eliminated. Some German, also my friend, from other guests felt troubled Eastern European origin. I would rather not intervened, the guys were in the majority and threatening.
There were two incidents, which I in this forum would not. When I travel, then definitely not stay after Bulgaria and especially not in this hotel!
