In the heart of Edinburgh *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe booked the Novotel because of its central location and were not disappointed. From this vantage point just a few minutes from the Royal mile with all its sights and there was plenty of restaurants and pubs around. A large park (ideal for walking) is directly in front of the door.
There is a supermarket right behind the hotel. Only a few minutes walk to the Prices street (shopping street). We stayed at the hotel only used the breakfast buffet. It was everything available was enough. (there was no Nutella!?)
The existing pool I can say unfortunately nothing. The rooms were big enough, clean and with a large tv (only German channel ZDF was). The toilet, which was separated from the bathroom, a little on the small side.
Overall we were very satisfied.
