Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe rooms are very large but unfortunately not clean especially the bathroom. After a complaint has changed in cleaner behavior wasn't't really a bit, but at least it was swept at least once after the complaint over the sink. The pool area is more therefor clean and really nice. A Spa visit rate I urgently, noisy, excellent and frostbite. Also not the 1 hour we had booked. Complaint here was extremely difficult due to the poor English language skills of some of the Spa staff. But it was the friendly and quick cooperation of the head of the reception more than made up for it (RG was canceled). Generally one must adjust oneself to mostly Chinese tourists, smack and an incredibly loud strength at the very wide breakfast buffet included in the price. For a short stay in Jakarta and if you are most of the time out of the hotel can hang out, this hotel is surely recommended and also concerning the price absolutely acceptable. The service, the comfort and cleanliness of a four stars hotel to European standard was unfortunately not really.
