General competence and the foreign language competence of the staff is great, the check in was a bit of a problem. But very quickly to resolve. (3 double rooms on a name reserved only booked one) annoying only the high extra charges 20 francs for parking is too expensive. The rates are very gesaltzen in Switzerland. (a wheat seven Euro) in addition, no toilet brushes give in the room, can be nasty. Don't forget Kreditdkarte.
