Fab holiday - Oasis Beach Hotel, Anissaras, Crete
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have just returned from a fantasic stay at the Oasis Beach Hotel , Anisarras in Crete. Our room had a sea-view and was superbly fitted out and was more than comfortable--all rooms were re-furbished for 2010. Oasis is a great name for this family run hotel, as there are delightful well-kept gardens full of beautiful cacti, palms, hibiscus, etc etc. The owners also grow most of their own fruit and veg on site and you will be treated to superb home style Greek cooking and taste olive oil from their own trees. All of the family are very friendly, helpful and chatty. The pool bar serves excellent snacks at lunch time and prices were reasonable. We will be returning next year !!! G&J Essex
