Disappointment 'pure' maximum three stars *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur ten day trip to Panama and Costa Rica we were looking forward to our booked five stars hotel on the beach of papagayo.
Unfortunately we were diappointed total.
We were first allocated room was totally unacceptable. Already at the US stand an extremely unpleasant odor-a mixture of feces, and incense-on.
Also at the replacement room was a musty odor always noticeable.
Also there were no towels on the first day available.
Because the Hotel was fully booked (80% Americans and Canadians) you had to reserve your sun lounger between 6-7 o'clock otherwise it was empty.
Also the water quality in the pool was more than poor. In the morning you could see the water surface a fat or dirt layer.
The only positive was the food and the ambience of the restaurant.
Conclusion: The complex (about 20-25 years old) needs to be completely reorganized to Earth and today's requirements.
In this condition you can offer you a maximum of three stars.
For the price to go to the newly built hotel next door.
