Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANo way did this hotel deserve 5 stars (2 stars at most):
- the public toilet near the reception you could only go into with a protective mask
- not enough free beach chair mats at the beach and the beach chair mats that were free were all in a disastrous state (dirty, mouldy)...
- friends I met there had to share a room in a threesome (!!!) in the old part of the hotel for the same price (!) as a double room in the new part of the hotel area
- ...
Location
Beach was 5-10 walking minutes away from the hotel. Nearby there was a sort of shopping centre with cafes.
The air conditioning was not repaired after my complaint.
Gastronomy
The restaurant was also not climatised and especially with hot temperatures it certainly wasn´t hygienic when the food stood around openly in the heat. Very small choice of drinks, no juices, etc.
Sport & Entertainment
If you like activities it was ok. It annoyed me.
Room
- the air conditioning didn't work, after multiple complaints it still wasn't repaired - deadly in that heat!
- The TV stood NEXT to the bed so that you had to turn your neck to even be able to watch it - where the sense there???!!!
- in the minibar ONLY one bottle of water... no comment.
