Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aold fashioned style which includes the historical spider webs. The rooms are clean as far as the bed sheets go, the carpets are torn, tattered and dirty as is much of the furniture.
If you have never been to a "top class" hotel then you will be impressed, if you are used to better quality then this place will have you wondering why you just paid €300 a night for this kind of place. The rooms are small, there is no pool or gym but there is free wifi. The city itself is a short 10 minute walk which is handy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the place comes across as tacky, almost verging on cheap in some ways! It is a perfect place for those with too much money and no taste and no real sense of what a good hotel should be or have.
