Simple, good location, breakfast should let you *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFor a city trip to London suitable, as an ideal starting point for all activities. Jungfernstieg/Town Hall in about five minutes footpath to reach; underground gänsemarkt in the immediate vicinity. In the middle of the city, the rooms are nothing for noise sensitive (sleep with the window open difficult). Service without consistent standard, very depended on the person. The furnishing was dated (70er years); the rooms are clean, but rather small. Gastronomy in cooperation with a Chinese restaurant (including cocktails): the (limited choice) is served there. There was no padding, in other words before o'clock (Sunday) nine there was no jam, rolls more. The staff was overtaxed and non-committal; so we waited ten minutes of cutlery and cups despite direct call, so that we finally left the hotel without breakfast. A complaint about our experience has gone unanswered. Conclusion: The Hotel as well, good breakfast gets one also with a nice view on the jungfernstieg (Alster pavilion) for the same price.
