Rooms in Orel basic but the food is just excellent
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is in the very centre near the sea! Perfect location, half a minute and you are on the beach already.
The rooms could be cleaned more. We stayed in Orel and wallpapers in the room seem to be dirty,so it would be enough to change them and we would have no complaints about the room. And the roof could also be cleaned at least sometimes, after each night from the balcony you can see bottles, cigarettes, towels or diapers scattered on the roof of the 1st floor.
Talking about the services, the hotel includes breakfast, dinner, supper...from 10 am to 10 pm drinks are for free :):) wine, beer, rum and some other drinks too :):):) I wouldn't expect it in 3 stars hotel, but Orel and Astoria have it:) unbelievable and perfect! We almost spent no money durin the period of one week since we got absolutely everything in Orel!!!!!

Close to the airport of Bourgas.
Very close to the beach! Perfect!
Many places for shopping, the city looks a bit like market (with cheap products). We missed some normal malls with branded stores.
Many excursion possibilities (to Varna, Istanbul, Bourgas and so on).
Staff is rather friendly in the kitchen, you almost don't notice it, they work quietly but well. But the girls at the reception are really unfriendly and unpleasant:(
The staff mostly speaks Russian.
As I mentioned before, rooms could be cleaned more accurately. We had to clean the dust from TV and tables ourselves. The floor was also not always cleaned.
Gastronomy
Restaurant is spacious and clean.
Quality and quantity of food is just perfect. This is the first time in my life when I didn't miss home-made food during my holidays:)
Type of cuisine - a mixture of traditional and other food.
Besides, the drinks are for free!
Sport & Entertainment
They have a good outdoor pool but there's no separate room for kids and disco if the weather is bad.
I don't undertand why they cannot fix umbrellas near the beach??? There are so many umbrellas that are broken and cannod be used. Some of them just need a minor fixing and it would be ok. This was the problem for many visitors when you keep searching for a small stick to stuch the hole that keeps an umbrella. Visitors, take a spike with you to the beach and you will have no problems then:):):)
Room
Size is ok. The room includes quite normal furniture, air-conditioning, balcony, telephone.
But it really needs new walpapers!!!!!!!!!! And nothing more :)
Tips and recommendations
Leave at least 1 leva in the room if you want your rooms to be tidied more:)
You can also take your computer because they have wi-fi.
