Wrong price quote on phone not honored at checkout
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter calling several hotels, we selected Keauhou Bch Resort because we felt they had offered us the best deal. Upon check-out we were asked to pay 60% more. Apparently, the clerk who gave the quote made a mistake. A manager explained what the correct charges should have been. He reduced the bill but still did not honor the quoted price.
