Hotel in a beautiful area *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel consists of several lodges and a nicely decorated main building, in which you get breakfast and dinner. The Lodge was clean but simple and functional. The standard room was only partially to be recommended (p. Below) that will get you into the superior. Better off lodges more.
Location
Jasper National Park in the idyllic location. In the immediate vicinity there was only nature, to the next small town (Hinton) it was about a half hour drive (25 km). where it is worth a trip to the beaver boardwalk, where in the early evening a few beaver watching in natural surroundings. The boardwalk is very surrounded by nature. Jasper is about 30 km away, but not really worth it, it didn't enjoy Banff already.
The staff was friendly and courteous. Upon request with an internet tauglicher laptops. The room cleaning was ok

The breakfast was typical Canadian, d. H. without cheese or sausage, but with delicious quiche and nice Früchtejoghurts dressings. The evening meal was ok, but quite overpriced.

The Standard-lodge was very simply furnished, thin Pappwändchen and rather Jugendherbergsmäßig rustic, and dated. You should probably book Superior book to get a bit more luxury.
Tips and recommendations
A visit to the Beaverboardwalk Hinton in the early evening. A little bit of patience we the beaver in natural surroundings while watching your work. Should you be traveling with a rental car, make sure you get in Alberta rays, much lower than for British Columbia, you save 15 cents per liter.
