Enjoy& hiking in the Eisack valley, a wonderful time *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFor a long time I have considered, I am a rating for this wonderful Hotel with its own vineyard to deliver.
This hotel is a inside tip and is recommended by friends and relatives.
I have also discovered it only by a recommendation and I am thankful therefor.
If the package searches is here wrong, the hotel with its 30 rooms, is for bon vivants.
A heaven of peace and friendliness in the beautiful Eisack valley near Brixen.
Nestled in the middle of a vineyard, a centuries-old farmhouse, which is very well-kept, with a new ones Dependance.
Outdoor swimming pool and Wellness-inside allure to relax.
the rooms are in South Tyrolean style, of varying size and well equipped.
The food is served in small lovingly equipped South Tyrolean parlours served.
In the morning there is a breakfast in buffet style.
If you have a breakfast or fried eggs with bacon may, it is fresh from the kitchen.
A four-course meal is served, as Antipasto homemade salads from the buffet there.
A good wine is served at the hotel, upon request also other wines.
The house is owned for centuries, and for many years and licensed House Hotel. (Documentary as a fiefdom, over 200 years of the hotel was excellent)
There is a feeling of family and friendliness already right from the first day.
Around the hotel with a charming art the hotel and is always present.
Every evening you at the Food on every table and saw if everything was in order.
There are wine recommendations and they asked how the hiking tour or trip went.
If there is a tip for a hike needs, it has a recommendation for every degree of difficulty.
It is completely pampered, a little piece of paradise!
In this hotel is the whole family integrated working for the well-being and of the guests.
Weekly hotel music or a 'Hugo' (elder/ sparkling wine)-Entertainment.
Neustift is a good starting point for walks in the Eisack valley, Villnösstal, pool, among other things
Here you will find the most beautiful hikes on the feet of the Dolomites.
Now I have already this year for a further holiday in the Pacherhof planned.
So comfortable I felt a long time.
