Gorgeous hotel, huge pool, lazy staff *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABeautiful, large and imposing lobby, rooms are nicely decorated (inventory/hair dryer/telephone/partly broken), great view of Agadir and the huge pool, beautiful beach and the sea. We're sorry, but it was during our stay, almost always cloudy and misty, which was probably due to the directly behind the coast mountains is due to ask potential end, which will build the clouds. Employee and told us, that the weather suddenly changed fundamentally in Agadir, thus everything completely normal there. Temperatures on the coast very pleasant: cloudy 20-25 °C, sun 25-30 °C. We had booked only breakfast and during our stay, the hotel was totally empty. From 405 rooms were approximately 20 rented (mainly Europeans, on our departure day Asians arrived). The empty hung probably also with Ramadan together. However, the restaurant has absolute laziness! The waiters and cooks prefer talking with each other or with your mobile phones around text eTEN, than attending guests. When we asked the waiter on an empty orange juice containers have pointed out, we only got stupid comments and only after complaining of emerging issues and aggression we were given a ' glass 'finally orange juice. As in the management which seems wrong to walk! In contrast to the previously described in the restaurant were extremely helpful & nice the front desk. With the criticism of the broken phone was offered a new room. We would book this hotel again. However, if alcohol to eat or drink some other time, is in the wrong place. It is not!
