Perfect hotel in the heart of the city *

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is very centrally located, right next to the St. Maria novella church and only a few minutes from cathedral. The rooms were very clean, very interesting decorated and in good condition (rooms 32 and 65). The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The Internet is also available free of charge even if we did not always work. To mention is that the parking garage 20 €per day. Therefor you can however when we arrived just in front of the hotel, the keys at the front desk when you leave. The car was packed for a garage around the corner. If you have the car for a day trip or at check out you can ask for ten minutes before the departure, with the front desk the car. It is then directly in front of the door of the hotel. The volumes have expressed the other problem we couldn't understand. Probably but depends on the room and its location on the third floor facing the street. It was not overly noisy. If we return to Florence we will certainly go back to this hotel. We can really recommend the hotel.
