Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThey wanted to go out for breakfast, you had to at least € 14 shell cleanliness of the room was ok, but you would expect from a 5 star hotel more

Top location --> middle of Vancouver best shopping and entertainment possibilities nearby Stanley Park (Erholungort the locals) is within walking distance
From a 5 star hotel you that the luggage without private questions delivered to our room, we were not even asked whether we need assistance!!! Note the room was on the 8th floor. Floor!!! Got a smoking room, gave at booking the we both non-smoking are not known, but were at check-in we didn't ask. Change in a non-smoking room worked very well! ' Staff was for a 5 star hotel not very friendly!

Internet is not free and you can only pay with credit card!!! Stayed in some hotels in Canada, and everywhere was the I-Net access for free!! Just not in a 5 star hotel!!!

You would expect from a 5 star hotel a larger room! Everything else was perfect!!! (cleaning and equipment)
