Hotel had old furnishings, it was often dusty, loose tiles on the way to the restaurant. Old beach chairs at the beach, partly broken. Dead pants at night, no show,

Dear our valuable clients,Thank you for your review, we hope that you have been enjoyed at our hotel
regarding this review we would like to inform that the guests did not complain to the hotel in order to make them more satisfied and stayed two weeks without complaints or changing the hotel, it means they had a normal holiday
and kindly note the follwing:
-The rating of hotel location is not fair in general as we have a great location and surroundings as per the opinion of most of our clients
-it was windy weather in some days during the stay so it was dusty landscape accordingly but we consider and clean on time
-concerning the food we have different buffets every day with a good quality and variety and no more complaints from the other clients
-we have an animation program during the day and we added evening entertainment to make our clients more satisfied
-The rating of hotel in general is not fair as we have all services as we published and the hotel is completely working
-Finally we invite all of our valuable customers to support Egypt and they can ignore any small missing things and we will appreciate and will do the best in the future to make every thing ideally as you expect
