Hotel Papillon Zeugma

The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and canopies.

All staff were helpful and friendly. The majority of staff were multi-lingual .
The guest relations manager and his team took a proactive approach to ensure guests’ needs were addressed.
Service in the restaurants and bars was excellent, a special mention has to be made for Mustafa who was our waiter the majority of the time (Belkis restaurant - outside), he was polite, efficient and friendly ensuring our plates were cleared promptly and our drinks were replenished quickly.
The towel house staff, were very polite, they offered us clean towels if they noticed ours were wet and even insisted on laying towels on our sun beds when they weren’t busy.

The food in the hotel was excellent, we were spoilt for choice. The gala dinner on a Saturday night was spectacular. The main restaurant offered air conditioned indoor seating as well as a large outdoor area with views of the pool and gardens.

The hotel has two large pools and a private beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all guests.
The entertainment in the hotel was superb with a wide range of activities available during the day and excellent shows in the evening. We would happily pay to watch shows of this calibre at home.
The adult animation team is the most professional and hardworking team we have ever met, working from about 9.30am until the early hours of the morning. All guests were made to feel welcome and encouraged to join in activities irrespective of their age or nationality. The team organised a wide range of sporting and fun activities during the day, performed in the evening shows and spent time with guests at the after show discos, karaoke’s and theme nights.
A special mention has to be made forYunus, Mustafa, Nuri, Ronaldo, Haldun and Vika their enthusiasm was infectious, each of them remembered our names, encouraged us to join in and took the time to sit and talk to us (despite their busy schedules). They made our holiday extra special. Thank - you.

Our standard room was spotless and tastefully decorated with a double and a single bed, a large bathroom with a corner bath and shower and a balcony with table and chairs.
