Excellent service, our third stay *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were now for the third time in the park Hyatt hamburg. At any other hotel we have seen so discreet, perfect service. The staff really try everything to a pleasant as possible to stay to make. We got an upgrade to the club floor (food/drinks in the club lounge including). Very to recommend. The offered meals are very good for a quick snack in between. As a small token got we a nice bottle of wine and a fruit platter on the room. The hotel invited us to tapas and wine in the park lounge. Here we met a very friendly and excellent staff. This informed us about hamburg, gave us recommendations for attractions and restaurants. A restaurant Recommendation we were fine. The staff reserved charged independently in this restaurant a table for us. Rarely does one see such a lot of work. The recommendation was really great. The hotel is itself directly at the monkebergstrasse, therefore great shopping are right in front of the hotel. The room are very large and kept in a league, elegant style. Here it is missing at nothing. But if the staff organise it is surely immediately. The park Hyatt hamburg counts for me to the best hotels in Germany.
