We were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms Heiligendamm was very large, daily water was re-filled, the room they cleaned up. Food and drinks were very delicious, we had no stomach problems. The entertainers, as well as the complete staff has English and partly German spoken. Everybody was very helpful and very friendly, and conversed were curious. There were almost the only German, however don't assume, if you are traveling abroad, only German to be found! Guests from Russia, England or Egypt are normal and we felt like we were not disturbed by their presence. The complex is very spacious, therefore no stress is as for example in Spain. Even at 3 o'clock in the afternoon there were enough beach chairs available.
in front of the hotel there are plenty of interesting souvenir shops, as much as banks to exchange. The distance from the beach is unfortunately not so ideal. Exactly with the heat are 10 minutes walk strenuous. From the beach we were a little disappointed. Both the beach, as well as the complex and the dining room were constantly cleaned, there was no trash lying around, there were enough small garbage bin in the form of vases in the entire area available.
in conclusion, we definitely go to this hotel again and would recommend it.
