A struggle for seats on the food *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in a December Aida visit four days in this hotel. The hotel have chosen because of the good reviews here. The complex and the hotel are very nice, the staff is very friendly and alert. Unfortunately found the described child care only on explicit request and only after we have made proposals regarding both the content. There were only four kids in the hotel. This had all interest, something to do. But that wasn't't is the situation at the dinner. There are two meal times, the first was completely 'over'. If you are not at least 20 minutes before the dining room in the queue waiting Retirees einsortierte, it was not possible, seats together for three persons. Guests, the normal opening time all came had to go again. It was a very irritable and partly aggressive mood in the dining room. Some places were occupied by guests, while the other on the buffet were. On demand one explained to us, that too many guests were in the first meal. Unfortunately the second meal time from 20 o'clock three-year old son for us not in question. So you us, that we should in time... A shame, and the very positive impression of the hotel was completely broken, because the stress I would on vacation really do not...
