All in all, you could spend in the hotel Penelope a wonderfully relaxing holiday. On the one hand, this is due to the location of the hotel in the peaceful village of boukari. There are a few small hotels, some fish taverns and a supermarket (directly on the opposite side of the hotel Penelope), in which we got very friendly service. On the other hand, that it is on the efforts of the hotel owner, the restaurant and cater to all your needs (for example, in addition to booking a dinner, in about 700m away familientaverne on the ocean is, etc. car). If you want to explore the island, this is to advise, it to take a rental car, since no bus drives! boukari in this way you a quiet accommodation and may decide, when you are in touristy places like moraitika (about 5 kilometer away, we especially recommend the gyros with Rani) or Corfu city. A car was especially important, in boukari as it only a very small beach!
