Very friendly and comfortable hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASmall and friendly family runned hotel with 14 rooms of which 5 or so family rooms. Typicly Austrian building, recently renovated. Very nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere where also non-guests come to have dinner. The owners do their upmost to make your stay a pleasant one.
Location
Nice location. Habischen itself is a bit dull, Oetz is small but cozy. It's a 3 minute drive to the ski-lift and the center of Oetz. There's also a free bus (every 15 minutes). Sufficient shops, cafe's, restaurants. There is a large wellness centre a 20 minutes drive from Oetz. Skiing is also possible in Sölden (buy a superskicard). The airport of Innsbruck is 75 minutes per public transport.
A smile every day! Very friendly and personal owners. Service is important here. Room was cleaned very well every day.
Gastronomy
A very good meal every day, regional kitchen in a comfortable environment where our children could relax too. Compliments to the cook! Choise of two main courses. A surprising soup every day. Complete breakfast with croissants, various kinds of bread, an eg, juices, cereals, etc. etc.
Sport & Entertainment
There is a good sauna and massage-facilities. Also a sunbed and some fitness equipmen. Quite complete for a small family-runned hotel like this.
Room
We had one of the family rooms, consisting of two rooms with a small hallway and a bathroom with shower and heated floor. Large balcony with mountain view. Modern and comfortable furniture. GOOD BEDS! Extremely large minibar (the balcony). TV and safe. Very suitable for longer stays (a week/2 weeks).
