Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is not adequate for 4 stars at all more like a 2 star hotel, Massenanlage, rooms are clean. Breakfast is not varied, no different kinds of bread or bread rolls. At lunch servicing. Dinner the meals are not warm enough and not much variety. There are only two sorts of ice cream. My verdict poor.
Location
If it is close to the beach and the landscape is also nice. The center is not far from the hotel about 5 minutes and passable. There was a large amusement park where the children can play. OK not many excursion possibilities. You have to arrange from the travel agent, as the facilities and activities are pretty expensive.
The staff is not very friendly. No foreign language skills. The rooms are ok. The kids club from 1.2 -Fly was not so great. Complaints were handled not appropriate. Oh so the lobby the toilets are not usable, very dirty.
Gastronomy
The restaurant was quite large. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired, potatoes or hard and not good on German tourists. coordinated only for Eastern European tourists. Cleanliness in the restaurant was ok.
Sport & Entertainment
Was no tenders except for the children club available The beach is not clean, lots of cigarettes and trash. The umbrellas at the pool were completely broken, the glasses and plates with food stood around partially into the late evening.
Room
The size of the room was fine, but the furnishings more like 2 star hotel,

Please dont go there, don't let the for the people from the Eastern European area.
