Nice family vacation from the end of August *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have been blessed, that we were the last of the summer holidays are the ideal time so that we could to Corsica, when the commotion been largely diminished. In the high season August July and I would not on the island, totally overcrowded, too hot and too much traffic on the roads. Otherwise, she has got its name from the 'island' really with good reason! The area was very neat, we had a family room with seperate bedroom T3 comfort, but they are unfortunately rare! Most Häusle only have 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is about 50m ² for 4-5 people with sufficient, everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, separate WC, large bathroom with walk-in shower, everything in good condition. We will probably stay there again 2012! Entertainment was partly bad to, but the small like it, mainly dance evening for the kids or teens, always dassselbe stop. The beach was very clean, was cleaned daily early, the water is crystal clear and almost 25-26 °C with easy, beautiful waves in the afternoon with the tide. Baguette and fresh croissants is served from eight hours a day at the beach bar, for two baguettes and croissants a 5er you have four leaf, but good quality! In addition there was at lunch and dinner pizza to take out, the prices are from 9-12 EUR, taste very good. In the hotel restaurant you should try a fish dish, four with aperitif Hunni however easily spend a lot. In general, the cost of living in Corsica rather high, eating with two kids under 50 EUR costs rarely, but for US also. Sunday in the meantime. Result! Definitely recommendable for families, but also for elderly people a tip since the area from 23 hours is very quiet, and our Häusle number 21 was closer to the beach and stages area, and we did not feel disturbed by loud music, etc. but you should really have a car, in order to be able to achieve the many beautiful places of the island, especially the many romantic places in the rivers in the mountains. We really enjoyed it and we were not the last time there! Four Star
