A huge bonus is the proximity to the beach!
The house has 15 units, compared to many other so quite small, but in many areas reflects positive, for example the one time has a few words to go private, you can take directly to regulate these problems and for the guests (in my case transfer Organization). The apartment was very quiet (except for the last 3 days-many young people).
The cleanliness was OK, safe and TV were for free.
The rooms were not huge, but big enough.
For business travelers, the not too high demands, it is not a four star hotel.
