The staff was very helpful and very friendly, especially to the children.
The price/performance ratio was in order and our expectations were exceeded. Shopping, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity there were not, therefore we had selected this destination not.
There are several hiking trails with levels of difficulty start right in front of the hotel and for the, the only hike, the car unnecessary. The view from the hotel's entrance on the ever changing colors schlern-is breathtaking.
We would not hesitate to stay again.
