Somewhat older however ok. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were there in April for 2 nights. Altogether the hotel pleased us, however it was noticeable that it was older. Nevertheless everything there was very clean and there were no drawbacks.
Location
The hotel was located in the middle of Copacabana. Great!
The staff was all very competent and friendly. At the reception English and also a little German were spoken. The rooms were cleaned daily.
Gastronomy
We only ate breakfast in the hotel. The staff was all were very friendly also here was a large selection of food, different sorts of bread, fruit, cake, scrambled eggs and also waffles. One could eat inside and also outside.
Sport & Entertainment
The pool was on the roof of the hotel. From here there was a great view of the Copacabana and Zuckerhut. There was also a whirlpool and a gym room, these however we did not use.
Room
The rooms were clean, however with carpet and somewhat small for the price. Otherwise the rooms were however completely fine and there was also nothing missing.
Tips and recommendations
Definitely go on the roof! The view was genuinely great! Also otherwise Rio was a very beautiful city.
