End of school graduation trip
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hotel was very convenient as we were a large group of about 20 people with an age range of 17-19. At the hotel there were many families, many young people and provided a great environment. It had many rooms to offer. The rooms were clean, they had two-three beds, a nice bathroom, some rooms with balcony others with a terrase and contained all neccesities needed. We could choose to have all inclusive or not ( it cost more all inclusive) the non-inclusive peopel had a dinner with the regular pay fees provided.
Location
The beach was right infront of the hotel enabling to do water sports such as jetskiing. The hotel also had a pool and bar outside. Around the hotel there were local restaurants with delicous greek specialities. Malia city was in walking distance and it had a great party road for the night which was also a shopping road during the day. The airport was about 45 minutes away. It was possible to go further into crete to look at the area. Boat trips were also possible. Our group went on a boat trip which started from Heraklion, we were picked up from the hotel to Heraklion to the boat ride and it was amazing as we watched the sun set on the boat.
Everyone was very greek which made the experience very nice. We got to know the different culture which was very interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful, adn with the english language everyone udnerstood you.

The hotel had a nice restuarant for the all inclusive people, however the non-inklusive guests had a less nicer area to eat, therefore we did not attend the non-inclusive dinners.
Sport & Entertainment
On the beach infront of the hotel it was possible to go jetskiing, or do many other water sports. The hotel provided computers for which we could pay to access the internet. In Malia city were discos, however not at the Hotel. The hotel itself had bars which were quite nice.
Room
The size of the room was big enough for 2 people, and could fit in compfortably about 10 people to socialize. The furniture was nice, the bathroom was nice.
Tips and recommendations
The best time to go to malia would be in the summer as the weather was amazing. I would consider a trip to Malia with friends as it is more of a "party" area. However for families to spend time together it would also be very nice.
