Good location, good room but lack *

We had booked a room with a view of the sea. For those price we paid the room was basically okay but the above review points/complaints shall consist of :-no night table lamps-permanent clogged toilet (due to the fact, that we in the ninth floor, so quite far above, were accommodated)-room cleaning was okay but you could see the cleaning forces where a short break retreat have, since our on the chairs spread clothes were regularly crumpled sat (= a no-go!)-breakfast was unlovingly and the worst, which we found in the four hotels in Vietnam have experienced (except the fried eggs and omelets, they were delicious). The breakfast room itself was not very clean (dirty windows, the service was found to be substandard, tv show staff...). The hotel as mentioned above, different room categories is (without window, with a window, with a view of the sea, with a view of the sea and balcony etc.) and as we had expensive category for us was the price/performance ratio was disappointing. We had a room booked $25 us you don't spend much time to suspend... what the location it is in Nha Trang hardly better, 30 meters to speak to the road, behind the beach is the wide. In Nha Trang only one or two hotels right on the beach is nothing to complain about here. The location was our main selection criterion. Also recommended is the whole day snorkel trip for US $15, the well worth the money and the hotel could be booked.
