International, English works everywhere, but also German, Russian, French, Italian, complaints are immediately dealt with, super friendly.

Small hotel shop, an almost all day entertainment programme for the kids, unfortunately, a very lame one for adults, internet didn't work straight away. There are a few terminals in the lobby (subject to a charge), disco with just the kids until 11pm in the open air area of the main house, top clean sandy beach with beach chairs (subject to a charge), at the pool and on the beach lifeguards and service, sun umbrellas don't give proper shade (be cautious). Quality of the water is very good.

It is depends on which category of room you have booked, otherwise you get simple tourist class (with a simple and not exactly brand new interior). So consider your own needs, before making a booking. No mini bar and safe for a daily fee.

If possible fly to Chania airport, as you might otherwise spend two hours on a bus (unless you take it as a tour of the north of Crete); July and August are very hot. If you want a little more comfort, book a slightly higher category or try to upgrade beforehand. Sign up as early as possible for a room as far away from the street as possible, as there is an increase in traffic that makes sleeping in difficult. The prices and the selection for bottled wines are very good. Prices for culinary extras as well as for the restaurant at the beach are also very good. Best service! Try get to know the restaurant manager or his right hand as this always helps when picking a table and with recommendations. Evening entertainment is rather negligible and is more suited for children or tiring. So grab a cheap taxi and off you go.
