Great holiday with lots of relaxation *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were there for 9 days in June. Great beach and resort. Pure relaxation. Something that disturbed us were the many mosquitos. You didn't notice him and the bites later noticed. But of course the hotel do anything about it. We booked half board and were very pleased with the choice of dishes. The prices for the drinks we felt it was priced appropriately. The staff was great. We had a room in the older part. There were no complaints. Air conditioning, minibar, etc. were fully functional. The cleanliness in the bathroom alone was not 5 star. The tub/shower was not cleaned once. From the wash basin drainage was always a unpleasant odor. For a 5 star hotel not acceptable. The near road didn't bother us, as it is between bathroom/hallway and in the bedroom a sliding door was held the sound. Had a genial view of the beach. Stayed for four days traveled with a rental car. Greek people are very friendly and outgoing. With English you got along everywhere. We had a low point in Rhythimon alone. People don't speak to the supposedly by the German Ministry for Tourism and which claim winning. Does not fall excuses. Everything is rubbish and costs only your vacation time. All in all we really relaxed time and will probably go back.
