Messy neighborhood. Many bars and go-go clubs. Really noisy and crowded.

The majority of staff not very kind.
Next day we tried to talk to the manager. There was a big problem with this and we were told all the time that he is not in the hotel. We eventually said that we were going to leave without paying (fortunately we didn’t pre-pay). Then, suddenly it came out that manager was all the time in his office at the back of the reception. He didn’t look interested in my complaints. After some discussions we got only a small discount and we left. Luckily, we were travelling by car, so we found a nice hotel in Turkey instead of that. Generally, Bulgaria is messy and I will never go back there.

What about meals? First day we tried to eat something for diner. There was an illusion, that there are many tables, many things to eat. But it was only an illusion – there was nothing edible. Much fast-foods, everything smelt bad and was overcooked. Butter stayed there without any coverage for the whole day, first it was in ice, but it melted, so there was only butter swimming in water. Fruits rotten, drinks diluted, ice-cream melted. Cutlery very dirty!
Next day (and fortunately the last one) for breakfast I ate only a sweet roll, it was the only fresh thing there. Ham was really grey and green.

Pool area dirty and overcrowded!

We booked two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms - all inclusive. We entered the room – everything was sticky with dirty and smelt bad. Dead flies on curtains, empty mini-bars, door between bedrooms looked like in hospital. In one of the bedrooms there was NO WINDOW at all! In the bathroom the shower curtains looked dirty. Safe-box was not free. In one of the bathrooms the toilet was leaking so terribly, that it wasn’t possible to use it. Ventilator was making the noise like a tractor. We asked at the reception to fix the toilet, so there came a woman with a dirty rag… We asked again and again and we only heard “you have two bathrooms, so you can use another one”. We paid for two… Out of interest – nobody bothered to fix the toilet or even ask whether we were OK till we moved out the next day (!).

To sum up, I’m warning you about going to that hotel. Judging by standard it is not even a 2* hotel… Complete disaster!
