Hotel Playaluna

The hotel is located on the shuttle bus from the airport about 1 hour away from almeria airport.
Agualdulce is the nearest vacation destination (about 20 minutes) and almeria the nearest (About 1 hour) capital.
Opportunities for shopping and entertainment operations along the hotel street, for more action you have to centre Roquetas de mar drive.
Possibilities for excursions in the direction of the harbor, shopping plaza and almeria gran. A day trip to guadix (once by the sierra nevada) we can most warmly highly recommend!

at the arrival we were friendly greeted, the staff at the front desk spoke German (but also French and English).
The room was cleaned every day, new towels however we had to enforce. (We put towels on the floor and they were cleared away, unfortunately we did not get any new, so that we, in front desk which requested, in 30 minutes the in the room Installations).

We had one complaint to the dripping air conditioning, which softened the bathroom ceiling. The first 'complaint' happened nothing, to the second was still no response on the same day I was at the front desk and I have been waiting on a technician. Less than five minutes later the technician came and we went on together the room. After he had recognized the problem, he picked up a ladder and tape and the air conditioning was sticky too. I think that was it already had this problem several times, because it is not the first layer tape was.
The drop from the ceiling was of course not fixed, but only for one day being postponed. That was rather bad!

There is a huge hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner and two bars!
The quality of the food corresponded to the number of guests in the hotel. You can set the number of guests didn't expect star food!
The food was very good and filling!
Cleanliness in the restaurant is good, hygiene dto.
Is always cooked with unterschiedl. Daily changing actions. Furthermore, a 'open cooking is', where three types of meat, three types of fish, crepes or pancakes Spiegl eggs and freshly made.

An entertainment program for the kids is spread out over the day offered, however, it was in spanish. This could also, if you get one of the pool. Shopping possibilities were at the hotel in a small store and along the hotel street available. The evening entertainment was not bad, but very noisy!
The beach is right in front of the door, the water is great, the cleanliness was very good, beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach against fee)
We have a parasol for a bit of money in the shop and bought a beautiful spot on the water looking for. Most have done likewise.

The size of the room is spanish four stars Standard. We had a safe for 22 euro a week... Air conditioning, telephone, tv, balcony available.
Room was clean, bathroom also at the beginning.
