Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery big hotel in an actually good location, about 5 minutes on foot away from the beach. The building was already a bit older, which wouldn't have been terrible actually if it had been neat. The cleanliness in the rooms and the state of the area were bad. Cats were sitting in the beer garden and used the flowerbeds next to the seats as a toilet, the room was cleaned bad. The canopy on which we could look from our room was full with clothes (underpants), towels, toothbrushes and condom.

Location
Great location, distance to the beach was about 5 minutes on foot.
To the airport with car: 15 minutes.
To the Siam Park: 10 minutes on foot.
Location in the middle of the tourists center, also quite loud because of that.
The staff was friendly, good knowledges in foreign languages.
As already mentioned, room cleaning was bad (hairs etc.).
Kids care very good by the entertainment team of 1-2-fly.
Complaints were received in a friendly way, but they ingnored them.
Gastronomy
We had all inclusive.
Much food, bad quality, no taste, very greasy, we often ate outside of the hotel.
Sport & Entertainment
Many leisure time offeres were offered by the entertainment team, but we didn't use them.
Beach had very clean, clear water, beach chairs and umbrellas could be used for an extra charge.
The pool should have been repaired, the ladders to get in shaked, plaster popped off, pool chairs substantially available, a bit too few umbrellas.
Room
Size okay.
Meager furniture (if the room had been clean I could have ignored that), roll up the beds, they grew legs all the time.

Weather was great, island was worth visiting.
