Eine tolle Woche mit Mängel am Zimmer *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWir würden wieder herkommen :die Lage ist traumhaft, das Essen Spitze und die Beautybehandlungen sind sehr zu empfehlen,Saunabereich echt toll...auch wenn wir sehr enttäuscht vom Zimmer(Superior im Stammhaus) waren (es schimmelte massiv an den Wänden und dann rieselte der Putz an diesen Stellen und man schaute ständig darauf da es genau im Blickfeld neben dem Fernseher war)trotz dreimaliger Hinweise an die Rezeption wurde uns keine Alternative angeboten und auch kein Preisnachlass gegeben, das fanden wir für ein Viersterne plus Hotel sehr traurig und uns wurde gesagt wenn sie wieder kommen machen wir es wieder gut........naja ob man da wieder kommt ist fraglich....es war nur gut da man den ganzen Tag in der Natur war....aber mich ärgert es immernoch !!!Die Schneeschuhtour war eine tolle Erfahrung und auch die Fahrt mit der Schneekatze
