Hotel type: Not 4 but maximum 3 stars hotel; old hotel which was being additionally built-on repeatedly; clean; in the center of the town; no mini bar in the room;
Included services: Depending upon reservation breakfast, half board or full board; swimming pool; sauna; whirlpool extra (per use 9 €); solarium additional; spa area extra; underground parking garage extra; a la carte food and breakfast were very delicious; Hotel: Senior boss was impolite; listened in no way to the tourists;

Two months before arrival booked two rooms ; at arrival in the hotel only one room available; second room only available one day later - but received single bed as emergency bed. No apology or similar; very unfriendly treatment;
