Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn fact, the service and the front desk was very nice, but there was a small problem. I had a room booking. COM booked including breakfast.
At check-in was accidentally charged the breakfast.
As I said, and this later went to the front desk, it wasn't possible for me my money paid too much to give. The next morning I asked upon check-out and had been told by an employee, my bad English and he would not understand. As a German but I would speak English. I have never had such a rude, insulting staff experienced in a hotel! And I must say, I was just returned from a 2-week vacation courses come back...!
