The hotel is located in a commercial area on the outskirts of the A9. A car is definitely advisable to get into town. The room has a good, clean impression. The only problem was the temperature in the room. Outside it was not so warm, but you could only flies out the window, so it was very, very warm in the room.
Breakfast was offered to the brewers Fayre. For non-British the continental breakfast definitely.
