Centrally located at the central station *

The hotel is very central for the Hauptbahnhof. Staff is very rude. When I arrived there was not even a "hello" The lady gave me my room card and credit card bill for my room. Rooms are extremely thin but clean. Conclusion: the hotel very centrally located, but I want no helpfulness and/or friendliness.
