Hotel Princesa Yaiza

Right by the beach and the esplanade. Bus stop easily reachable by foot. Shopping centre right next to the hotel. Transfer time to the airport was normal (about 30-50mins).
There are several diving centres and other water-sports facilities very close to the hotel.

Extremely polite and courteous. Rooms are sometimes cleaned several times a day. We were given a glass of champagne upon arrival and were served in a friendly manner. Room service took our bags up to the rooms.
At meal times (half board) the service was quick and if we tipped accordingly we were always allocated a table in the best place on the terrace.
There is a big complex for children next door to the hotel. There is also a beach-volleyball court here, which can be reserved.

Superb. Mexican, Italian, Japanese as well as international cuisine.
Only at the Japanese restaurant were the prices too high (show-cooking).

2 massive pools (one with sweet water, one with salt water).
Although we were always a bit late on entering the pool (about 11h), we always found enough sun-loungers (even though there were six of us). One time there were not enough sun-loungers and so the staff helped out by clearing sun-loungers which were reserved (this is tolerated in the hotel but not desired).

Massive rooms with toilet, bathroom (shower and bath, hairdryer, hand-towels, bathrobes etc.), big storage cupboard and built-in closet, small kitchenette and lounge. Bedroom with balcony and sea-view.

I can only recommend this hotel further.
