Relaxing vacation in a nice hotel area *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed at the October guests in prinsotel alba and were very well cared for. A room change when we arrived (the first room smelled of cigarette smoke but very) was absolutely unproblematic. No matter what questions we had, they were answered always friendly and helpful from the good German speaking front desk staff. We were already set to English conversation (at least we are guests in another country), but that was not at all necessary. In the front desk area, restaurant and around the pool we had a good, free Wi-Fi connection. The food was excellent and for a three star hotel very extensive. The kitchen was permanent hard, empty bowls again and had a smile on their faces. The service staff in the restaurant (, although really asked) it was always friendly and accommodating. Permanent were the tables cleared and newly set. The rooms were basic and typical of apartment areas on Mallorca equipped. Fully in order. Whoever would like more, should have more (four stars and more) book! Only with the cleanliness in the rooms, you could not be satisfied. Dust balls on the floor and chest of drawers, the bath more bad than good cleaned (a 'Haartest have made'. A on the remote hair was also after four days at the same place ☹ Otherwise we spent in a very relaxing and pleasant hotel prinsotel vacation and were pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again a 'low season-vacation'.
