What this hotel got four stars? *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe arrived at the end of August for ten days in the hotel Puerto Playa Blanca and had a nice vacation, but unfortunately the quality of our all inclusive-food was spoiled. But first the positives: the hotel has a very nice location on the new marina of Playa Blanca, from where you can in both directions long promenade kilometer the total of twelve stroll along. Our apartment was very spacious and absolutely clean, so that we felt very comfortable there. The optical impression of the hotel and the pool was okay, but clearly still room for improvement. With the first then came the letdown: the buffet was extremely unlovingly designed: salads were not fresh, but everything from cans, the dressing consisted of ketchup, mustard and Mayo, the warm dishes were lukewarm and not very tasty, with many of the dishes we had the suspicion, that they want to go back to the buffet days have been made! It was much more emphasis has been placed on quantity rather than quality. In short: we are not starved, but were not considered to be a threat, outrageous! The cleanliness of the tables and of the dishes left a lot to be desired at every course to the buffet at the waste containers over. A Shame. Our Tip: You can book the hotel, but if you are self catering, the supermarket nearby and delicious restaurants nearby good. And by the travel agents should be downgrading it from four to three stars, then the tourists was not disappointed. by the way: the hotel is Rubimar; and if we had read the evaluations, we were already in a former front warned!
