Your money is not worth it *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe facility is new, but in a very bad condition. Mildew in the swimming pool and so on. The walls were broken, no or very little warm water. The room's furniture is the cheapest one I have ever seen.
Location
Everything can be found in the surroundings.
The staff was so-so. There was a very nice lady in the reception who was very friendly, the rest was not motivated at all.
Gastronomy
The buffets were very simple and the variety was not large. The food was ok, but no more. For a 4 stars hotel one would expect more.
Sport & Entertainment
The heated pool is warm and dirty. The walls have mildew and one can find holes on the cover. The pool is middle-size, but it was cool as ice. 4 stars?
Room
Cleanliness was good.
Furnished very very cheaply.
Lots of noise.

Hotel Floresta in Puerto Del Carmen has only 3 stars.
Hotel Fariones in Puerto Del Carmen is arguable with the best on Lanzarote.
