The hotel was not known to us. The staff is very rude and quite incompetent. The room is a joke! The bathroom was very, very simply furnished. Just because our status the complaint are empty and we got a junior suite. But this was very, very basic. The bathroom was very spartanic furnished. No accessories in the bathroom. The bathroom seemed very sterile, barely inviting to spend time there. The sink and the tap a total Fehlkonstuktion. You can wash hands without you the whole bathroom splash water. In short, we felt in this hotel less comfortable.

The concierge you should definitely explain, what he has to do. Extremely rude, arrogant, incredibly incompetent. Rum is stupid and the guests even the luggage to the car drag. six weeks before arrival we had asked the pick-up from the airport. four weeks later a response was with the hint, that this was not possible and that we from the airport by taxi to the hotel (you didn't know, that you were from all the airport there is the possibility to take a taxi). We had booked this hotel, as the hotel's own website with the possibility of pick up from the airport can be made. So we had to pay for an easy drive from the airport to the hotel 50 €.

The parking is free, though. At least!
