Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aa wonderful vacation hotel Punta CanaEs everything was to our satisfaction. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. However, what I can say is:we had booked the trip, with a flight with 1 stop in Madrid and landing in Santo Domingo. The bus trip from the airport to the hotel took three hour, which took the bus trip from the hotel to the airport 1/2 hour four! The streets include a pothole! Disaster! Of traffic is still no one heard about... It is about 25 hours if the trip so Bay! (from the airport to Punta Cana to the hotel takes you about 45 minutes only...) you need strong nerves and waiting for the bus rides to/during this trip. The hotel has compensated us however completely with its atmosphere and so on. As mentioned everything was excellent (food, drinks, staff, rooms, the possibilities for excursions, shop and so on)
